Shipping

Please note: We strive to send out orders within 24 hours of order. However, due to delays in the supply chain, orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. This includes next day and 3-day shipping orders. Also, next day orders are scheduled to arrive on the next business day (there are no Saturday deliveries). CREDIT CARDS ARE CHARGED WHEN ORDERS ARE PLACED.

Your order will ship from our warehouse in a maximum of 2-3 weeks. When your shipment is ready, we will use the level of shipping you selected on the site. The site will calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of the items you have selected to purchase. Handling fees are included in shipping for each order.

Returns

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, contact Tyrell, Inc. Customer Service at 888-469-9366 for repair or replacement. Tyrell reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable
product currently available.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following:

• Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
• Servicing by unauthorized persons
• Use with unauthorized accessories
• Connecting to incorrect current and voltage
• Any other conditions beyond our control

Since the Zeno and all related products are medical devices, we can not accept returns on opened packages. If you return your unopened item(s) within 10 days, we will give you a full refund for your order. To return a product, please send it to:
